Hi, I'm Sarah.
I help busy plumbers get their evenings back.
After years fixing messy systems for big companies, I realised small businesses were the ones drowning in admin — phone calls, WhatsApps, late-night invoices, and jobs slipping through the cracks. That's where FixOpsFast came from.
I build simple job systems that work whilst you do — taking you from call-out to cash-in without all the ringing and chasing.

Meet Eddie
Eddie is a trained welder and outdoor activity instructor, farmer's son, and homesteader. He's a jack of all trades who has also built a career in IT support over the last few years.
But his real passion is working with his hands — and he understands the needs and realities of tradesmen from personal experience, having spent years on building sites and as a welder building farm machinery.
A bit about us
Between us, we bring two sides of the same coin — tech know-how and hands-on trade experience. Together, we use our combined experience to help tradesmen focus on what they're good at.
Sarah has been sorting out operations for over 15 years — customer service, tech, and automation are my thing, while Eddie’s background in welding, building farm machinery, and IT support gives him a deep understanding of how trades actually work day to day.
We help tradespeople build calm, reliable systems that just work.
We’re based in Meath and love working with local businesses across Ireland — the ones keeping the country running.
How FixOpsFast was born
When we started renovating our own home, we quickly noticed a pattern: many tradesmen — even the most skilled and successful — were under immense pressure. They were juggling jobs with pen and scraps of paper, relying on their phones to track everything, and constantly running out of time.
No customer likes chasing a tradesman non-stop, but delays and uncertainty make for a stressful experience on both sides.

Between Sarah's background in customer experience and Eddie's first-hand understanding of life on the tools, we decided to make things better — for tradesmen and for their customers.
